Staff was friendly. The room was tidy. I think it was clean. I totally recommend this place! The location worked out well for my needs. Value for money was good. I really liked the simple setup.
The room was ever so small. I found the heat unbearable. There was no heaters. I was confused about why the room was stuffy.

the staff were friendly. the lady at check in impressed me. she helped me a lot. i also appreciated the early check in.
My room needed redecoration. the paintwork was marked. i saw rust on the bin in the bathroom. Cracked floor tiles were there too.

the staff offered a warm welcome. the room was clean and i found it to be spacious. plenty of fresh towels were provided and the bed was very comfortable. the restaurant served amazing food offering lots of choice.
the wifi signal was weak in my room at the end of the hallway it was an inconvenience.

the receptionist was friendly enough.
The room was far too hot and i couldn't sleep well. the bed wasn't comfortable either. I was like i was sinking into the middle. plus, there was a weird noise from both the road and other guests, it was hard to get any rest.

Lovely Stay Near Abbey Park

The room was clean and modern I liked the great shower. The bed was very comfortable I enjoyed a good night's sleep. The location proved perfect for a park run in Abbey Park. The room felt quite spacious I did not feel cramped at all.
The sink in the bathroom was on the smaller side making it a bit difficult to wash.
